WHAT WE DO
Through partnering with its clients, Kembali seeks to confront the structural challenges in the transport sector by not only answering the immediate questions or challenges but rather pushing beyond that initial hurdle. Kembali leverages its founder's expertise, work experience, and network by ensuring all solutions offered to clients are rooted in reality, the contextual environment, and within the ambit of institutional and regulatory frameworks.
Our work focuses on providing strategic, facilitation and consultancy services to ensure public policy is adapted and shifted to create an environment where we can achieve safer, faster, comfortable, convenient, economical and environment-friendly movement of people and goods. Crucially, Kembali seeks to bring stakeholders together to meaningful problem-solve and forge partnerships for original thinking and impact.
Returning to basics is a crucial part of our approach. It's about understanding the complete value chain, environment, and stakeholder network to ensure the right interventions and disruptions are instituted to fulfil the objective of shifting public policy, issues of transition, and transport solutions within South Africa and across Africa.
THE COMPANY WE KEEP
Over the past decade, our expertise and work experience have extended to specialised transport agencies in South Africa, national departments of transport, provincial departments of transport, and local authorities within the transport context.

We have worked with leading thought leaders and academic institutions within urban planning and research and large listed corporations around public, private partnerships, concession arrangements, and the corporate sector's role in the public square. The advice and work have been provided mainly within the public sector clients focused on structuring, strategy, institutional and regulatory frameworks, and implementing projects in multiple jurisdictions.

We continue to partner with leading centres of urban research and multilateral organisations to consider implementing the Global Goals around issues of governance, sustainable cities and communities, equality and participation. Our strategic advice and consultancy services have extended to large corporate clients in the South African market and complex issues confronting reform in the South African transport sector.
